Pay Rate

$20-$22/Per Hour - DOE (Non-Exempt)

Quality Control Manager

Position Summary

Maintains workflow by sorting and forwarding information; supporting operations.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

 

Tasks/ Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by sorting incoming documents.
  • Forwards information by verifying document identification; distributing incoming documents; collecting and mailing outgoing documents.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains quality service by maintaining and following procedure manuals; resolving processing problems; recording time measurements.
  • Supports operations by cross-training on related jobs.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
  • 1-3 years of production/ manufacturing experience

Working Conditions/Job Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
