Water comprises over 96% of most wet wipe formulations, making water quality the single most critical raw material in every product we manufacture. Diamond Wipes operates Ultra-High Pure Water treatment systems at both our Chino, CA and Fredonia, WI facilities, continuously monitoring conductivity, pH, and microbial levels to meet USP Purified Water standards. Diamond Wipes operates one of the most comprehensive in-house quality assurance programs in the wet wipes contract manufacturing industry. Every batch undergoes customized quality release testing, covering raw materials, bulk compounding, and finished goods before leaving our facilities in Chino, CA and Fredonia, WI. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to test 5+ OTC active ingredients against USP standards without relying on third-party labs, giving you faster turnaround and full documentation at every stage.

Customized quality release testing includes:

In-house analytical testing methods:
  • HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) - quantifies active ingredient concentrations to verify potency and formula consistency
  • GC (Gas Chromatography) - identifies and measures volatile compounds including fragrances, preservatives, and solvents
  • FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) - confirms raw material identity and detects contamination or adulteration 
  • Titration - measures concentration of acids, bases, and active ingredients including preservative systems
